Vickery Creek runs through Roswell below the ruins of the Roswell Mill and the 1830s dam that powered it, with about seven miles of trail on the bluffs above the water inside the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. One midday visit so far, in July 2025, photographs only.

Before You Go

  • Parking. Old Mill Park off Sloan Street in Roswell is the way in on foot, over the covered footbridge to the trails. The NPS lot on Riverside Road is the other entrance and charges the recreation area's daily parking fee.
