Every item here has a service window, the dates it came along, and the log does the rest: the mornings inside that window and the miles walked on them, summed at build from the same tracks the hike pages show. Nothing is estimated across a gap. A weekend with no morning in the log adds nothing, and the count of those weekends is printed beside the miles so the floor is visible. Nothing on this page is copied from a listing, and there are no prices.
Clothing is the exception. I wear it by the weather, not every morning: shorts and a T-shirt until it gets down to about 40°F, more as it gets colder. Counting every morning since I bought a piece would put the shorts on a 28°F walk, so a clothing card says since when, to the month, and sums nothing. From this winter the notes record what I wore each morning, and the counts will come from that. The clothing is drawn rather than photographed, since most of it comes in more than one color.
